How we work
Our leadership is feminist in practice, not just in name. That means sharing power rather than holding it: decisions made with partners, not for them; credit and visibility given where the work happens; and care for communities, for partners, for our own team, treated as a professional standard, not an afterthought. We choose partnership over hierarchy in how we contract, how we co-design, and how we show up.

Solidarity in practice
Access to senior expertise should not depend on the size of an organisation's budget. We apply a reduced rate card for local and national organisations, and — depending on our availability and the capacity of our consultant roster — we aim to take on a number of pro-bono engagements each year. Wherever possible, we work with consultants from the contexts themselves, so that expertise, income, and visibility stay where the response is happening.
